Direct-To-Garment (DTG)

What type of artwork design/file do I need?

Here are our recommended artwork design specs for DTG printing:

  • Format: PNG or PSD with transparent background are best. We can also print JPGs and from PDF/AI files if needed
  • Resolution: 300 DPI (150 DPI minimum recommended. Resolution below that can cause issues with the print detail and quality)
  • Size: Designs should be sized according to how you want them printed, with extra spacing cropped out. Max print size is 12″ wide x 16″ high
  • Colors: DTG designs can be unlimited colors. We recommend RGB color profiles

Do you only print on Black/ Vintage Grey tees?

No, these are simply to most common go-to colors most people need. If you are looking to place an order for a different color we can accommodate a Special Order, please message us via the Contact Us page form.

Can I order 1 shirt and then decide on more later?

Yes! We accept orders of all sizes. There are no order minimums so you can get exactly what you need, when you need it.

How long to receive my order?

Orders typically take about 5-7 day processing time from date submitted. Actual shipping time depends on customer location and shipping method chosen.

Do you create logos?

Yes! We have created many logos for all sorts of industries, from icons to logotypes and slogans. Once finished customers receive all assets and ownership of designs for full use in all desired purposes.

What exactly is branding?

Branding is a combination of things, from logos to color palettes. All these parts carefully created so in unison can portray your brand/business more effectively, ultimately stating & attracting what is desired.

What types of artwork and designs do you specialize in?

We do it all! From artwork illustrations to social media graphics, from card/brochure design to digital art.

Can you work with my existing ideas or branding, or do you only create from scratch?

Existing ideas are a great way to start, some get polished some get scrapped, we do both as long as the ideal end goal is met.

What is your process for creating artwork or graphics?

Typically different objectives call for different strategies. Our workflow however consists of understanding what is needed first, followed by research and concept creation along with revision/s and final delivery.

What file formats and rights will I receive with the final design?

We like to ensure clients get the appropriate file types needed (e.g., PNG, JPG, vector files), the rights and file assets will be provided to client once job is completed.
